This app worked beautifully until the latest update . It does not track accurately or in a timely manner anymore. Im looking for a GPS based tracking app as this one uses cell towers.

I just got the add and it said this add is block dont want to do anything.

This app has never worked for me. Ive had it for couple months and when I go on it to find my iPhone it gives location from months ago. I found that the app "Find My iPhone" works a whole lot better.

I hate this because it alway locate in my house and even some times at school the locate say i was in home

This leaves location services on all the time now. Battery life is 8 hours when this is on. With it off, battery life is days. The old version would turn off location services when set to a timer mode (cron? at? alarm api?). If "Tower Switch" is enabled, then Location Services is on all the time. This cuts battery life. Ideally, it would allow location services to be off between polls if not triggering tower switches. On the flip side, my location is accurate and current. It stays running happily and works, unlike Latitude which crashes if I stay in-app too long. Also, this is a server based service, even when relaying to Latitude. As such, if/when Ravneet Singh discontinues the product, it will cease to operate. Lack of residual income on new sales would be the start of the end. Its feasible some of this functionality could be replaced with MobileME.

They just upgraded there servers and it seems to be faster now. Very cool to see that they are maintaining their infrastructure. I have had some bad experience with other apps where the service just disappeared. The service is pretty reliable as well. I can track my device from any computer like it mentions in the description. Just wanted to complement the team for continuing to improve the app and its services. PS: The GPS indicator stays on to indicate that the tower switch is enabled. Not that the GPS is on. Tower switch is one of the location services available on the iPhone and it takes no extra battery power. If you think your battery is being used up, it is most likely another application.

Im with Javy. I dont get the point of the app. Dont waste your money. Go have a Coke, at least then you will have a smile too because you did not waste $2.99.

Nothing surprising here in terms of what it can and cant do.

I bought this app incase I ever misplaced my Phone. I never thought I would have to use it. One day some kids stole my phone and I tracked it to their house and had the police get it. I would not of found it without this app.

is only missing the location via SMS.

This app used to be the best last year until a few months but since the upgrade.. It just a novelty device.. Dont waste your time .

Amazing app... If you report your phone stolen it will take a pic of the person behind your phone. The service is amazing and its the only true true device locator application on the app store. Beats the "find my iPhone" by a longshot. Bottom line best 99 cents you will ever spend to protect your phone

Takes a picture of the person holding the phone and can give you up to the minute data of where your phone is within roughly 30 feet or so.

Love the app, once you set up the account and log in you can trace the device wherever it is. Really reliable!

Lost my phone while in hospital borrowed a smart phone went to Internet entered email password sounded alarm found it in X-ray room under blankets once found had problem turning alarm off on phone

Does not take pictures the date and time is wrong on my home computer I ask for help from customer support and they said they would reply within 24 hours nobody ever got back to me. It definitely uses up your battery life whoever said it doesnt use up your battery was wrong Ive got a brand-new iPhone with no problems and to buy this app and not have anybody behind it to help out with theres problems is wrong Im going to wait another day or two if somebody doesnt get back to me from customer support Im going to remove this.

This is a good app. It was better before Apple made them update to get rid of timed location updates. I live in NY, and my iPad was taken in the airport in Georgia. The app (along with a similar app – FH) helped me track it down and recover it with the help of airport security.

I didnt buy this app to see where Ive been I know where Ive been I wanted to find my daughters phone that was stolen which is what I understood I could do with this app but apparently it only finds the phone your using that doesnt help with my problem at all
