It works

Developer says its for iPhone 3GS or 4. I tried it indoors on my iPhone 3g with iOS 4.0. It worked. It used tower signals, not gps satellites, so i did not need to be outdoors.

However, since iPhone 3g does not have multi-tasking, so it works only when my phone is awake and the app is running. Later generations of the iPhone should not have this problem. Not knocking off any stars.

Potential usage: track a child (no guarantee it will work), track your car or your spouses car : )
